In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context otherwise requires:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and get108. By completing the account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox at registration, or by otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, You represent that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

• These Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time;
• Our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference;
• Our Responsible Gaming Policy, incorporated herein by reference;
• Any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform at the time of participation.

If You do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, You must not register an account and must immediately discontinue any use of the Platform. Continued use of get108 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To open an Account and use the Services, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout Your use of the Platform:

• Accurate Information: You must provide Your true legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username and password. You must not share Your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through Your Account — whether or not authorised by You — is Your responsibility.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify get108 immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected] if You suspect that Your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.
• Account Currency: All Accounts on get108 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign-currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through supported local payment channels.
• Right to Refuse: get108 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible-gaming standards, get108 requires all Members to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time during Account activity at Our discretion.

You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear copy of Your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence, showing Your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing Your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Payment Method Verification: Where a deposit has been made via a bank account held with BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or another supported bank, You may be asked to provide a bank statement or screenshot confirming that the account belongs to You.
• Source of Funds: In cases where large or unusual transactions are identified, get108 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds used for gambling activity.

get108 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in Your own name.

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to Your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by get108's payment processor. Standard processing time is under five minutes for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers during standard WIB banking hours.
• Minimum deposit amounts are published on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. get108 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
• get108 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits made solely for the purpose of taking advantage of a bonus offer, with no genuine intention to play, constitute abuse of the promotion system and may result in forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 5. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, get108 will communicate alternative arrangements to the Member.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. get108 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within one to four hours during WIB business hours.
• get108 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. The Member will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the cashier page and are subject to change. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) and are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. • Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or irregular wagering patterns — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

All casino games offered on get108 — including live baccarat, blackjack, slot titles, and crash games — are governed by the rules of the respective game as presented within the game interface, together with the terms of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where a specific game rule is expressly stated to take precedence.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or sportsbook markets in a manner not sanctioned by get108;
• Colluding with other players, including through chip-dumping in poker formats or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent the house edge;
• Charging back any deposit made to Your Account or otherwise reversing a financial transaction after wagering has taken place;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or get108 staff through any communication channel.

get108 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit any Balance associated with such an Account, and to report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

get108 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible-gaming tools, accessible from within Your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount You may deposit into Your Account.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which get108 holds its international gaming licence.
